I need to unlock one of my business phones, it’s an iPhone7 but my provider 3 Ireland is not able to unlock the phone. I’ve been on to them several times but they cannot find details of this phone on their system.
They unlocked another phone for me but can’t do this one. Can you please help?
If it works with the the current network only that network operator can unlock it. You need to contact them again and escalate your request if the person you speak to can’t do it.
Does the phone currently work on their network?
Yes but I want to give the phone to my daughter but she’s on another network
Thanks Lawrence, I’ll get back to them. I just found them so frustrating to deal with & thought there might be another option.
