iPad not getting purchases

I bought forscore om my iPhone and the iPad sais i have not bought the app and therefore pent open.

On the iPad, have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device, and then signing back in to see if the purchase shows? Check your purchases history.
