I get "unknown error occurred"(4000)

When I am trying to update software for my iPhone. iOS14.2 can't update

Windows, Windows 10

Thanks. I have automatic updates on my iPhone, but when I went in, it showed I had the update available so I am downloading this now without iTunes. :) Just hoping I can sync afterwards.

Most people use wifi so I don’t expect any problems.

It is a bug in itunes for Windows not yet fixed.

Two options

use Wifi instead
Disable passcode temporarily on the phone, This will remove your cards from Apple pay wallet and delete your local Keychsin passwords.
