2 iPhones. 2 Apple watches. One user. Can I wear both watches?
Okay. This is a simple breakdown.
I have the Apple Watch Series 4. I have the iPhone XS Max.
Received the IPhone 12 Pro Max and Apple Watch Series 6 for Christmas.
I chose NOT to trade in my old devices because I’m using my old IPhone 7 Plus already as a Video Camera and I am going to use the IPhone XS Max for a second camera now.
My original thought was kind of obvious. Wear the old watch while the new one charges.
But, THEN.... 💡.
Is it possible to connect my Apple Watch 4 to ONLY the Older iPhone. Either one?
and Connect my Apple Watch 6 with ONLY my IPhone 12?
Both watches are GPS/Cellular. I’m not sure if this matters. I’ve already researched this a bit but I’m not seeing anything CURRENT or anything that is this specific use case.
To clarify: I don’t want to SYNC data between them, such as activity, health stuff, phone calls, messages..... but it WOULD be cool to use the Watch as a Shutter, Remote, and other non-data related stuff. Like .... lol. I can’t really think of any other uses at the moment. But. Just camera control while not at my desk, would be cool. I just want to know.
CAN it be done? If so, how?
