Hi,


Is it possible that you changed or altered your Apple ID, or used a different ID when you obtained your previous version of iMovie?


Also, you can have no more than 10 devices (no more than 5 computers) associated with your Apple ID. You can check this link to see how many you have:


https://appleid.apple.com/


If you are able to sign in at the Apple Account page per the above link, that would verify that your Apple ID is correct.


If you cannot resolve this, try contacting Apple Support. Click on the Contact Support item in the upper right hand corner of this forum's screen. Navigate to a place where you can input your phone number.
