How do I cancel subscription totally? I need to change my App Store region

For some reason my App Store region has been changed after I updated my IPhone. Due to this I cannot use my Apple Music, and so I need to change the App Store region. However, I can not do it because even after I cancelled my Apple Music subscription, it is active till 17th of January. Which means I’ve paid for my subscription and cannot use or even fix the problem.

Tell them you need to cancel the subscription or ask them if there is another way to deal with the region issue. Updating a phone should not have changed region.
