Hi, I upgraded my ATV to a 4k ATV because of the apps and features
I am witnessing problems which is getting me a little disheartened
It is plugged in to 4k TV with a high speed hdmi
The problem is that the screen blacks out and awakens then repeats after "x" amount of time watching anything
I have tried many different settings
Reset etc etc
I have completed hdmi. He ks and it seems fine.
It's annoying that upgrading the box hs given me lots of problems
Please help.
Try resetting the HDMI connection, by disconnecting on both ends, then re-connect. Verify that the plugs sit firmly in the sockets.
