Nobody can facetime me
I got my iPhone a few days ago and transferred the number from an old android, Found out now that nobody has the option to facetime me but I can facetime them. Is there any explanation for this or is it possibly a wifi issue?

See this support document for the inability to FaceTime, If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support and then see this about your ability to add your number to FaceTime. Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime - Apple Support
You may also wish to go to Settings>Messages, and see if iMessage is activated properly and if your phone number is listed there for Send & Receive.
