EKG app, family setup

Dear community, my mother in a law has an iPhone 6 and an Apple Watch series 6, therefor I had to setup the watch on my iPhone 11 in the family setup, is there any way to activate / use the ekg app ? Best regards Markus

The following features and apps are not available: irregular heart rhythm notifications, ECG, Cycle Tracking, Sleep, Blood Oxygen, Podcasts, Remote, News, Home and Shortcuts.
