No knocks, no drop and never hit onto any stuff. iWatch did not had any scratch or dent.
However, there is a blue mark suddenly appeared from the LCD screen. After multiple restart and force restart, still have the same issue. This iWatch is only 3 months old.
What happened?

Try changing thee Watch face to see if the blue dot still appears. If it does the screen has an issue and I would return the watch as, I assume, it's still under warranty.

Then, no hesitation: return it.
The issue remains on every bright color screen. When the background of the screen is black or dark color, it wont show the blue mark.
