I made a purchase order of iPhone 12 pro 256GB Pacific Blue on December 16, 2020. However, the item not yet shipped until now. I would like to cancel that order because I don’t want it anymore.

We do not work for Apple and have no access to orders, etc.
You can go to your order online; if it is not shipped, you should be able to cancel it.
FWIW, posting private information on a public online forum is not a good idea; I will ask the hosts to remove it.
