I recently started apple music under my personal apple ID, and i’d like to download songs. My iphone is registered under my family shared apple ID. Because of that, i need to transfer my device to my personal apple ID. If i transfer, will i still be able to use find iPhone with the other devices under my family apple ID?

Thanks for reaching out through Apple Support Communities for help with changing the Apple ID on your iPhone. We're certainly glad to help in any way we can.
If the Apple ID you'll be switching to is not associated with your Family Sharing group, the devices from other family members will no longer be shown in the Find My app in the Devices section.
You can still share your location with those family members and request that they share theirs with you, along with anyone else using an Apple device that supports Find My. Here's a great resource with more information:

When changing to the new ID, there may be some data loss, but you can minimize it. If syncing photos with iCloud, ensure Optimization is turned off in Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Photos and/or in Photos/Preferences/iCloud. Then make sure full resolution photos are on the device/computer. When signing out of iCloud, if asked whether you want to retain data, choose yes. Messages conversations will be lost if they are addressed to the ID. See the article below for other places that the old ID should be removed. See Winston Churchill's response in the below discussion. If possible, also set up Family Sharing between the IDs to keep access to your apps/purchases.
