Problem adding Apple TV to my Roku TV

I am unable to add the Apple TV channel to my 55" 4k Roku TV model 6303X. I have added it to my 43" 4K Roku tv no issues. They're both insignia brand. I'm on software version 9.4. According to Apple's list, 6000X models are supported. The channel doesn't even appear in search results (not to mention the fact that it would be automatically added anyway, since it's in my channels on my Roku account). Any help would be appreciated.

To begin, we'd suggest double-checking the steps you're using to try and add the app to your TV. Use the steps here: How do I use the Apple TV channel on my Roku® streaming device?
