You decide if you still want to restore the backup. Despite the lack of settings,
If you do, be aware settings will not be restored as mentioned.
That just means some settings in the setting may not be as you had them on the iPhone and my need to be manually set up again as you have them.
Beyond that, it will not affect your data or the restore in any other way.
