Apple TV Free Trial

I bought a new iPad last year and got the 1 year free of Apple TV+, it expired last month. I've just bought a new Apple TV, but I don't get the offer for the free year. Shouldn't I still be eligible to get it since the previous trial has expired and I bought a new device?

No. There's only one offer per Apple ID or Family Sharing group.
