Two week ago, I bought a iPhone 11 from a authorised store in Belgium. A friend of mine got a one year trial for Apple TV and I didn’t. On your website it’s written this: Get 1 year of Apple TV+ free when you buy an Apple device.1Check eligibility. I tried to open the link but it didn’t work. My phone is just two weeks old.
I hope you could help me to solve this problem.

Basically look of the “Enjoy 1 Year Free” button in the TV app on your new Apple device.
If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
