Not seeing the free 1 year of Apple Tv+ that i’m eligible for

I purchased the iPhone 11 earlier this year and forgot to claim my free apple tv+. In Settings i was informed that i have 3 more days to claim my free trial but when i went to the Apple TV+ app it’s only showing that i am eligible for a 7 day free trial

I purchased the phone in Miami however i live in Barbados... is the one year trial not eligible here?
