One airpod is working

lately with my airpods i’ve been having trouble. every time i pull out both airpods it still says that one is charging and only one of them works.

airpod wont charge one of my airpods doesnt charge. this keeps changing from the left to the right one, its not just 1 airpod. sometimes they both charge or only 1 doesnt, but atleast one always works. i cleaned both airpods and the inside of the case. i also charge the case with the airpods and i reset my phone and airpods multiple times. resetting it does nothing.

One of my AirPods is not working i bought my AirPods about 3 weeks ago and the right airpod does not connect to my phone or even works when I try to use it but it charges.
