Wallet Apple Card problems

Lately i cannot add my Apple Card into my wallet so i cannot see my balance or make payments. I have done it before and now all of the sudden it just says it’s unavailable when i try to add. All of is weird Apple Cash says unavailable so does adding a new card or applying for Apple card.

my bill is due next week and I’m confused how to pay it if the app won’t load onto my phone and there’s no paper billing?

If you can't add cards to Wallet to use with Apple Pay

See if you're in a country or region that supports Apple Pay.
Make sure you're using an eligible device.
Update to the latest version of iOS, watchOS, or macOS.
Check that you're using a supported card from a participating issuer.
Sign in to iCloud with an Apple ID.

Hi thank you for the response.

everytime i go to add my card or number in my wallet it says try again and Apple Pay unavailable.

i am logged in updated in the US. It has been there before with no problems now it does not work and i have my bill due i am not sure how to pay it without the app working.
