Font size for titles on home screens ?Accessibility settings don’t alter title size.

go to Settings > Display & Brightness > View, if you select Zoomed rather than standard, I believe that will alter the size of the icons and text?

You can also use Settings > Accessibility > Zoom and turn on the Zoom feature
