Hi can anyone help me, my sons iPad won’t let him sign into FaceTime or iMessage, is there any solution to this?

iPad not signing in on iMessage or FaceTime Hi, bought a 4th generation iPad created a mew Apple ID for my daughter sign in is ok, however asking for sign in details for FaceTime and iMessage every time I sign in coming up with an error. Tried resetting iPad and also resetting network settings not working. Any help??

new ipad will not activate facetime or messaging. How Can I fix? Apple ID works but the device will not let me input a password in settings for facebook or messaging. Wifi is working fine.
