My photos on my Mac are not accessible for external websites (where I want to print some of the fotos)

I want to print some pictures, that are on my Macbook, via an external photo-website. However, I cannot upload my photo's on these websites (tried several) since the Photo library is not accessible. What do I need to do? Thank!

First your Photos library must be designated the System Photos Library in Photos' General preference pane:



Next, at the web site when it tells you to select the photo for uploading follow this schematic workflow:
