Time machine multiple backups question

Running Catalina I have Time Machine backing up my hard drive on my Mac Pro 2019. I was wondering if I could have Time Machine ALSO back up a dropbox folder stored in the cloud to the same hard drive.

So right now Time Machine ONLY backs up what is on my main hard drive and I only see an exclude option.

Time Machine backing up external devices I have a 1 TB iMac and noticed that Time Machine was running large back ups and so I looked and noticed that the two external drives I have temporarily hooked up to the iMac weren't excluded, so from what I've read it looks as though those drives were backed up. I now have set these to be excluded. In any case, keeping these drives backed up seems to be taking quite a bit of storage space away from my WD My Cloud. Is there anyway to have Time Machine "forget" these external drive backups and, if not, do I need to start an entirely new backup cycle. How do I do that? Thanks so much, Matt

How to back up my back up disk to a 2nd external disk and exclude the HDD/SDD in the mac itself in OSX Ventura? The internal drive is not visible in the 'Exclude from backup' menu. I want to make a back up of my Time Machine external drive to another external drive without backing up the internal drive a second time. This was easy in previous OSX versions.

Time machine backs up all your LOCAL drives.
