I have turned off notifications on my Apple Watch for the Activity app, but I am still receiving summary notifications from this app. I just received a "Weekly Summary" notification. How do I turn this off?

fieryjack, I think I've solved it. I had "Notifications Off" set in the Apple Watch app for Activity. When I turned it on to "Allow Notifications", several of the switches below were on. I switched all of them off and then selected "Notifications Off" again. I did not receive a weekly summary notification yesterday like I have in the past. I think I've finally figured out how to turn it off for good (fingers crossed).

Thanks for the reply! I never received this type of notification before on my AW4. Is this new with the most recent OS version? These are coming on my new AW6
Strange. I appreciate your responses. I gotta believe there is a way to turn this notification off.

You can't turn this off,this is delivered every monday morning to let you know what exercise you did over the previous week.
No I've always had this from watch 2 onwards.
The only way I can think of is to disable notifications in the watch app but that would stop All notifications.
