How can I read and respond to WhatsApp messages from my Series 4 Apple Watch.

You cannot. WhatsApp does not have an app for the Apple Watch. All they provide for on the Apple Watch is a notification. You havre to go to the iPhone to see the actual message and respond. WhatsApp has not provided an app for the Apple Watch.

You can't,you can only get whatsapp notifications on your watch,you have to answer them on your phone.
