Bluethooth problems

indeed , i wanted to ask a question about the magic mouse , but it seems there are so many people that have bluetooth issues! . I recently updated my wife's mac mini late 2014 to big sur. Then i started to have problems with the magic mouse , interruptions , freezing ,... name it . So i tried all "solutions" i could find on the net , but none worked. I even bought a new magic mouse 2 for bluetooth 5 , still the same !

There is major bluetooth problem with Apple for sure !! How come this takes so long to solve !?? it's so frustrating these things don't function as they should and Apple stays silent about it !

I was thinking about, finally, buying a new computer since my mac pro late 2009 , and because the new mac pro is way too expensieve , i was thinking about the Imac 27" 2020 , but !!??.... what if it has the same bluetooth issues ?? it's a wireless keyboard and mouse !! what if both work erraticly !? It's about 3500 € we are talking about ! not a bag of candy.

Has anyone here have expierience with the new Imac ?? i love to know before spending so much money, for me anyway a small fortune, on it ! ?

(What is wrong here Apple ?? Is it a quality issue ? If i , for example, look and compare the new magic mouse 2 that i bought now , to the magic mouse i have with my mac pro witch is from 2009 ! , i see a major difference in quality , just picking it up alone and using the mouse buttons is a world of difference !! the clicking works more difficult ! the material quality is not the same anymore ! )

@ biloute78 , thx for your reaction.

I was already affraid to get replies like yours ! problems as well with the new computer's bluetooth transmission. "Lucky" for me that i was able to "convince" myself (lol) not to buy the Imac 2020 yet ! .

In the time since i placed my comment , i kept searching the internet for more comments and solutions. And just today , what a coincidence ! , i got a sort of expancion kit in my mailbox, bought at amazon in America ( I am from Begium by the way) to solve thiss bluetooth problem with my macpro 2009 ! And guess what : it works like new again , no more freezing , no stuttering , no more problems whatsoever ! . It's a sort of replacement cable that brings the antenna wire of the bluetooth module outside of the computer housing on one of the empty pci slot brackets . If you want you can then prolong the cable even further and place the "new" bluetooth antenna on your desk near the mouse and keyboard. In my case that wasn't even necessary , i just placed the antenna directly outside on the pci bracket or metal slot cover if you want ,on the back of my computer, that already did the job for me !. The signal reception is awesome.

I know , this of course is far from a solution for these problems with the new Imac's or any other computer that maybe costs 2500 or 3500 Euro's . It can not be that you have to start opening it up to look for solutions of this kind !. Mabye It probably will not even be a hardware problem at all, i don't know that.

I also found ways , during my quest for bluetooth problem solutions, to upgrade my "old" Macpro 2009 "El Capitan" , to the new OS. The upgrade with new processors and memory , took it from a quad core 2x 2,26 Ghz with 12 GB ram to a 3.36 or something Ghz 12 core with 128 Gb ! It's amazing ! I would not trade it in for a new mac now !

Anyway , i hope for those of you , like Biloute 78 , that Apple will provide appropriate solutions very very soon , to help pollish up it's damaged reputation ! .

I hope there will be more reactions to follow here , because i still have the bluetooth problem on the Mac mini 2014.
