Setup failed at the end of transfer
Trying to set up wife’s new SE from her iPhone 11 the setup failed near the end of process.

We understand you're trying to transfer data to a new iPhone. We're happy to help.
If the restore failed, you'll want to start over. If the new phone is at the home screen you can navigate to Settings > General > Reset, and select Erase All Content & Settings, to get back to the setup menu.
If the backup you tried to restore failed and gave you an error, we'd also suggest making a new backup of that old device first, then try going through the setup menu, and restoring the backup again.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
While you're restoring the backup to the new device you'll want to make sure it stays connected to, and in range of your Wi-Fi network. If you leave the Wi-Fi connection while it is in the process of restoring, it may fail.
