My card has declined twice using apple pay at different merchants but my actual plastic seems to be working fine. My financial institution does not see the decline and says it is an apple pay issue. How do I fix this?

try signing out of your Apple ID and back in.
I am very upset it required me to verify my identity and submit my Drivers License. I have done all that I was requested to provide and it tells me my identity was not able to be verified. Why! I need money now!This is very inconvenient. Security is on my Apple phone that has been compromised and changed my password not my Apple Cash or Wallet.
