You need a smart TV capable of Apple AirPlay 2

OR an Apple TV streaming box or other makers of media streaming boxes capable of AirPlay 2 or tablet wireless mirroring capabilities

Purchase Apple's Digital AV adapter for iPad and a good quality HDMI cable, to physically connect by wires, your iPad to the TV via your TV’s HDMI connection.
