I’m having issues connecting my MAC with OSBug Sur 11.1 to my new HP wireless printer. Set up went well but when trying to print it just keeps searching for printer. The computer says WiFi is connected but Bluetooth PAN is not. Do I need to turn on Bluetooth PAN?

No. Refer to Add a printer on Mac - Apple Support. Confirm that it is an AirPrint-enabled printer and that you added it to Printers & Scanners that way. There is nothing to set up. If it doesn't work return the printer.
Perhaps you can try restarting your wireless router. Unplug it and let it rest a moment, then plug it back in.
Thank you John! I did try that. I found that, for what ever reason, it would say I was connected but continued to search. So I went back and manually entered the device. THEN it worked.

Basically it involves 1. forget drivers 2. forget cables 3. add the printer 4. done.
It ought to be a "sticky" but this site doesn't offer such a feature.
