I downloaded an app that has a 7 day free trial period, after which they will charge me. How can I cancel this before they charge me? Your help page only tells how to cancel subscriptions for which one is already being charged.

iPhone SE, iOS 14

I've already tried all this, but the subscription does not show up in the list. I tried canceling on my iMac and on my iPhone. What do I do now? I know that I was the one that signed up for it, and I know which Apple ID I used. I don't know if its a third party subscription. I've already spent over an hour trying to resolve this issue. Never again will I fall into the trap of a "free" trial period, where it is then so difficult to cancel. It's sneaky and deceptive.
