Apple Watch band Solo Loop

Hi, I bought an Apple Watch as a gift with solo loop band but with the wrong size and now I need to swap but every store is shut .. how do I do?

Can't fix my apple watch...now what I bought my watch at Best Buy. I dropped it and it now won't power up. The Best Buy support had me uncouple the watch from my account. When they tried to uncouple it from my phone they could not because they cannot power the watch up. He said I'd have to go to an apple store to get it figured out. The site said apple stores do not work on apple watches. Now what?
