If we understand correctly, you want to know if someone can use a HomePod with an android device. We would recommend you read these articles for more information. The HomePod has Siri on it separate from Siri on an iPhone. Even if you do not have an iPhone you can still use Hey Siri on the HomePod.

Thanks for the update. To send an invitation you would need to send it to an Apple ID and if they are an Android user they may not have one to send the invitation to. If you sent an invitation, the invitation would need to be accepted by an iOS or Apple TV device.

i tried sending him an invite through the HOME App but by going into settings clicking on the invite
adding the info and click send invite i get an error message Invitation failed
