I phone does not recognize my thumb print and I don't have a passcode. My phone is disabled. I want to use Apple Pay and I can't.
How can I reset my passcode?

If your phone is now disabled, then your only option is to reset the passcode. Bear in mind this will wipe the phone data. You can recover it if you have a recent backup.
