deactivate pins in maps
Can I deactivate pins in maps ? I unintentionally drop pins almost every time I use maps and sometimes can't find a way to remove them. Can I deactivate pins so this annoying thing stops happening ?

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are trying to remove pin markers in the Maps app on your iPhone. To do this, please follow these steps from this Apple resource on the Maps app on iPhone:
"Delete a pin marker
- Tap the marker.
- On the information card, tap Remove Marker.
You can also touch and hold the marker, then tap Remove Marker."
