If you still need one, there are some quality discs floating around eBay. Got mine recently for around $29. make sure to get the white disk ("Install Disk") not the grey ones (machine-specific).

The standard reply is to contact Apple and arrange a replacement, but it is unlikely Apple still has any. You can try anyway. Contact support, not sales.
