Fixing This:

Swipe the keyboard down, and then zoom out. Go Here: If your Home Screen Icons are Magnified on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

For Note:

Power should play no role in this, but looking at the top-right corner of screenshot, I can see that your battery is at 3%. So, consider charging it ASAP.
