iphone 11 hdr10 video recording

I have an iPhone11 Pro Max and I have shoot video on high contrast scene and the recorded video is in HDR10 format, however, I cannot re-enable to trigger the HDR10 recording mode after that trial, anyone can tell how to trigger the HDR10 video recording at iPhone11Pro Max? Thx
