How can I transfermy images to my pc

provide more details, please - what does not work, at what stage, what error does it shows if any etc
I tried to import photos to my PC but after 15 minutes it showed that the devices is disconnected I tried multiple time but the same error occurred
both phone and itunes updated to latest versions, right?
cable is not damaged and it's an original apple or from other reliable vendor?
I thought that maybe the cable is damage so i brought 2 new but the same thing happened and both are on latest version
the last thought that comes to my mind - problem with lightening connector in phone or usb on pc. connect to another pc, if it's the same, then take phone to service for connector check
i need help i cant transfer my images to my pc
