My daughter is on my Family Share plan and is buying apps and iCloud storage with my required credit card, but isn’t sharing them with the family. How do I get the purchases, especially the upgrade to the iCloud storage.
You're not supposed to share in her purchases of said apps, and I don't understand what you mean by "upgrade to the iCloud storage"? If you are already sharing iCloud storage via Family Sharing, then there's no need to upgrade your iCloud storage unless you wish to purchase more storage for the family.
We just created our Family Share group. So we hadn’t set up a shared iCloud storage. We are all still just using are individual amounts... example I have 50GB, my sister has 5GB, my son has 5GB, and my daughter just purchased the 200GB plan. Now, there is an option for each members of the group to share their purchases if they are purchased with the credit card on file with the the Family Share plan. My daughter has decided not to share the purchase of 200GB storage. And since she is in Florida visiting her father, I unable to deal with it through her. Apple will refund and cancel it, once the charge isn’t pending anymore. But, I was hoping since I planed on get the 200GB of storage anyways. I was looking for an easier way. In lou of canceling and getting the refund. Then turning around and purchasing the 200GB, and enabling the share with the Family.
If your daughter doesn't wish to share her iCloud storage through Family Sharing, you could sign/setup sharing iCloud storage through Family Sharing if you wish. Once you do that, then you have everyone cancel their individual iCloud storage subscriptions sans your daughter.
