Family Share and Designated Credit Card

I set up Family Share with two other people.

I am now getting their charges for icloud storage on my credit card.

Is there a way to keep purchases on their credit cards and not mine?

iPhone XR, iOS 13

No.

This is how Family Sharing works. This was disclosed when the family was set up. If Purchase Sharing is enabled, only the organizer has a method of payment and is responsible for all purchases made by any member of the family.

Family members can redeem iTunes Gift Cards to their accounts and those will be charged before your method of payment. Or you can disable purchase sharing.
