I have a Family Sharing account and I want other Adult Family Members to pay for their own purchases including additional icloud storage. I as the owner dont want to pay for ALL purchases.
They'd need to redeem iTunes Store gift cards into their individual accounts.

If you’re sharing iCloud storage with the family, then you need to stop doing that and have everyone get their own private iCloud subscription. That’s the only way for people to pay for their own iCloud storage subscription. They will have to be sure to keep a positive balance in their AppleID o cover the monthly subscription costs.
Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.
