BOOTCAMP Mac problem “STUCK”

I haven’t boot up windows on my partioned Mac for a long time

Today I went to boot up windows with boot camp, although I get the windows error message “no bootable device”

I assume this is because I no longer have the windows file on the memory stick which is required???

either way, I wish to force out of this “stuck” windows mode and get back to my Mac, however there is no way to navigate back due to the windows error.

I have tried calling the Mac support but they could not help

Can you reboot and hold Alt/Option before you see the Apple logo? What are the available selections?
