Ultra Sonic clean my iPhone

I have an iPhone SE(2nd generation) and it hasn’t been cleaned up nicely in a while. May I use a ultra sonic cleaner to disinfect it?

That sounds like a bad idea.

Use a damp cloth to clean in.

If need be put a little alcohol on cloth but only a little
