accidentally deleted iMessage conversation

I have accidentally deleted a whole conversation with a friend on mt iPhone when I meant to delete 3 messages. our conversation is saved on my MacBook. is there a way to transfer It from the MacBook back to my iPhone? the messages were not backed up on my phone.
