Verizon service, I keep getting a referral to an article from 2018 from Apple support, this is not helpful. I do not have a PC that I can load Itunes on to. It keeps telling me that I can not restore from Icloud because I do not have cellular service. Apple, WTF? A quick search shows that I am not the only one with this issue.

NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I have tried apple support. I live 2 hours from the closest Apple store, and they are even not taking appointments. COVID19 remember. I cannot CALL apple support, as I have no cell service due to this issue.
