Where are you seeing this? Can you possibly provide a screenshot and redact your information?
Are the both of you sharing an Apple ID?
My wife got a new Mac air and we both downloaded our data from the IMac. I was following the instructions after downloading and the iCloud prompt page came with the instructions to enter the password for ‘null’. Sorry I can’t send a screenshot because the Mac Air doesn’t even recognize me as a user anymore. Thank you for your response-any suggestions would be appreciated.
