AirPods Max static

Hi there,

My new AirPods Max sometimes send static noises while listening to Apple Music, until, eventually, a complete silence occurs (however the music keeps playing in Apple Music, I only hear static).

I have to toggle the noise canceling / transparent mode button on and off, in a random way, in order to listen again.

I have already factory reset the AirPods, as well as reconnect them as a new pair to my iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Can this be a Bluetooth issue? I have iOS 14.4 beta (18D5030e).

I would appreciate some feedback, since this is very annoying....
