after stopping a incomplete back up to iCloud the home screen froze with nothing able to open
then after a hard shut down only get a screen that hangs on the Apple logo. and the phone will not shutdown. I did get something on the screen with the image of a power cord and a computer indicating to plug iPhone into computer and go to <Support.Apple.com/Iphone/restore
