Lost Apple Pencil

I have a 2020 IPad Air and a second generation Apple Pencil and I lost the pencil last night and I am not able to find it and it has disconnected from Bluetooth.

You will need to locate it the old fashioned way.

There is no technologies in iOS/iPadOS for locating an Apple Pencil.
